Progress Leader
York High School

York High School has an exciting opportunity for a Progress Leader to join our committed team, who has the drive and determination to make a difference to our students. The role involves providing pastoral and academic support to a designated cohort of students, ensuring good behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning.

The successful candidate will have significant pastoral experience and the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people through the delivery of a range of interventions and by building strong relationships with students, colleagues and external agencies. You will be absolutely committed to making a difference and improving the life chances of our students.

In return, we can offer a supportive working environment, with colleagues who care deeply, are experts in their fields and who are passionate about what they do. We also offer a range of staff benefits, and further details regarding our benefits and information about our Trust can be found on our website.

We would strongly encourage any prospective candidate to visit the school. Please email Dawn Becton at d.becton@yorkhigh.southbank.academy if you would like to arrange a visit to the school.
