Jill Donaldson Hodges

Jill has worked in education for over forty years in a variety of roles and positions. Jill was Headteacher at Norton College in North Yorkshire, and other roles include Assistant Director for Education and Skills in both York and North Yorkshire as well as being the Director of Education with CfBT in Lincolnshire.

Jill was a Trustee at South Bank Multi-Academy Trust from 2017 to 2021, also undertaking the role of Vice Chair. She also chaired the Education and Standards Committee.  

Jill has also been a governor at Norton College since 2017 and a Trustee for Evolution Schools Learning Trust since 2018. She is now the Chair of Trustees.

Jill is delighted to be returning to South Bank as a Member. She is passionate about education and ensuring that all children and young people can have the best possible outcomes and life chances.
