This qualification is aimed at individuals who work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults, including in voluntary roles. It focuses on recognising signs of abuse and neglect, and outlines actions to prevent these issues from recurring. The programme highlights the importance of properly reporting and addressing safeguarding concerns.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Level 3 qualification in Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People or Vulnerable Adults.
