Statutory Information

Excel Learning Trust

Excel Learning Trust is a company limited by guarantee (Company number 10067116) and an exempt charity. This means we are regulated by the Department for Education rather than the Charity Commission.

We have six schools funded by the Department for Education on a per pupil basis in the same way as maintained schools and operate an independent school which is funded outside of the DfE funding mechanism.
